Nothing.
The sink was plugged and the second room had 1 bed.

As I said above. We checked in at about 11:30 went to our room and unpacked before my wife noticed that the sink was plugged. I told them and they moved us to a new room that only had 1 bed. I then had them take the room off my credit card and I went and found a nice place to stay. ...read more

Convenient location, clean bath room, good continental breakfast, friendly staff.
Room clean but could have been a little nicely decorated but okay for 2 star. I usually stay at 3 star.

Convenient to furniture mart which is why we were there. Clean, nice bath room but room could have been decorated a little nicer. Fine for 2 star, I usually stay at 3 star. The staff was attentive and responsive.

The location is most convenient to the Mart, with restaurants and other stores nearby. Very comfortable and clean. No elevators.

The staff was more than pleasant. Great beds!

The staff, location to interstate highways, clean room, fresh continental breakfast and more than enough restaurants for a weeks stay. We'll stay here again.

The desk personnel were very helpful in accommodating my wife and 91 year old mother.
The ice machine was hard to get to since after a certain time you had to go back through the lobby to get to it.

The impression I had of the hotel and staff were very good for just an over night stay. The accommodations appeared to be clean and well maintained. The breakfast provided and the choices were above what I expected. A nice experience. ...read more

Very pretty newly remodeled room.
My room smelled strongly of fresh paint.

The reason I dropped the rating below 10 is because, apart from the room smelling like fresh paint, the heater gave off a terrible smell of fuel, to such an extent that we had to open the door for about an hour after using it. I'm pregnant and was very concerned about the fumes, but even my husband was affected by the smell. ...read more
